How to Return Your Order
S.T. Go offers a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on all of its products purchased directly through this Website. To return a product for an exchange due to shipping damage or when returning the products during the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee period, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting our Customer Care department by email at email@example.com. An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the Customer Service Department by email. After we receive your request, we will inform you of the steps to finalize your return. *Any returned items received by S.T. Go without obtaining an RMA number cannot be processed. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of third party delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
Refund Policy for Shipping and Handling Charges
You will be responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges that you selected upon ordering the Product. Your credit card on file will be billed for this amount, and you agree to pay such amount regardless of whether you cancel in a timely fashion or not. However, if you have encountered an error in your order, S.T. Go may, at its discretion, refund your Shipping and Handling. How soon will I get my refund?
Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.
